Returns & Exchanges
In the event, the Items delivered to you:
- Are physically damaged or defective;
- Are wrongly delivered; or
- Have size issues.
We will replace the items with new items of your choice of the same or higher price in accordance with this Policy.
If you have size or fitting issues you can exchange the product within 7 days of delivery. For all exchanges and replacement please email our customer care executive at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your complete order details, pictures and issues. Shipping of the product for replacement and exchange shall be at the cost and responsibility of the customer. There will be no extra shipping charge levied by us for reshipment.
We will accept Replacement and Exchanges of an Item only if the following conditions are met:
- Size exchange should be initiated within 7 days of delivery of the Item;
- It is the first time you are returning the order for size change, we don’t exchange/replace twice.
- The tags and labels on the item should be intact;
- The Product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition; and
- The Product is returned along with the original packaging.
For exchanges, You would be allowed only to order an item with equivalent price or higher price and the new items will be shipped to you after receiving any applicable additional payments.
Cancellation of orders:
You can cancel any orders before the product has been shipped. You can cancel your orders by sending an email along with your Order Id to email@example.com from your registered email address. Our Customer Service Executives will contact you for confirmation of the cancellation request. Once the cancellation request has been made from your end, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel your order.
After confirmation of the cancellation request, Your entire order amount will be refunded to the bank account from which you had made the order within 4 to 7 days depending on the policy of your Bank. You will be notified about the cancellation of your order through email.
We may at any time at our sole discretion cancel your order after intimating you about our decision to cancel your order by writing to your registered email id. In the event of any such cancellation, You may opt to replace the order with a new order after making any additional payment as applicable after adjustment or request for the refund of the amount to your bank account.
We do refunds only in genuine case of delivery of defective products and on no other grounds. In the event of delivery of defective products, You have to send an email to our customer support executives at firstname.lastname@example.org along with the details of the order, nature of issues, photographs of the defective product. In the event, on our verification it is observed that the defect is incurred due any of your actions or omissions, then Blinkk Creatives will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you. However, you may still opt for exchange and returns in the aforementioned manner. All applicable refunds shall be made to the bank account from which you had processed the payment.
